Welcome to this lovely apartment for 4 people by the sea in Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a fenced housing development, comprising four units. The garden is shared and is nice for basking in the sun on one of the twelve loungers. The private porch with garden views is great for al fresco dining, accompanied by the sound of the waves.
When you enter the apartment you find a modern and luminous living room with TV-Sat and AC. The kitchen with a gas stove is fully equipped to cook your best dishes. if you rather enjoy your meals inside you can take the table from the porch. There are two bedrooms with a closet, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The second bathroom in the house comes with a shower. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
