Renovated in 2017, this spacious villa is set in Manacor. It features a private pool overlooking the countryside and offers accommodation to 10 guests.
The impressive house is in a quiet, rural area which is 20 km from the coast. The most distinguishing detail of the finca is the private, 13.5m x 7m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.85m. It has wonderful views over the countryside. It’s surrounded by a terrace where you can bask in the sun (10 sun loungers are available) or have an exterior shower. If you prefer shade, you can lay down under the parasol. The furnished porch overlooks the pool and the countryside and is a nice place for having a barbecue or a large breakfast. The 30000 m2 sized plot is fenced and there are no next door neighbours.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
