Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 11) First Floor • Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and Smart TV, ideal for guests who prefer no stairs Second Floor • Bedroom 2 – King master suite with ensuite bathroom, double vanity, and Smart TV • Bedroom 3 – Twin-over-full bunk bed with Smart TV • Bedroom 4 – Full bed plus twin-over-full bunk bed with Smart TV • Bedroom 5 – Twin-over-twin bunk bed with Smart TV All bedrooms include Smart TVs and comfortable bedding. With four full bathrooms, getting ready for the parks is smooth and efficient for larger groups. Step outside to your private screened pool featuring a unique Avatar-themed backdrop that adds a fun and cinematic atmosphere to your outdoor space. Enjoy sun loungers, outdoor seating, and poolside dining. Pool heating is available for added comfort during cooler months. Having your own private pool allows your family to unwind on your schedule without leaving the home. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay. Fresh linens and towels are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs throughout, washer and dryer, and private parking for two vehicles are included for your convenience. Self check-in makes arrival easy. Our local support team is available during your stay, and we maintain fast response times to ensure a smooth experience from booking to checkout. All reservations must be made by an individual over the age of 21. Want early check-in or late checkout? Let us know at least one day in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability and additional fee). Essential Starter Supplies To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential items upon arrival. These are intended to cover your first night and initial needs. Starter items include: • Three trash bags • One roll of toilet paper per bathroom • Paper towels • Dish soap • Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap Please note that additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay, and we recommend bringing or purchasing any personal items according to your preferences. TRASH • Trash pickup is daily • Have trash out in trash bench by 7am • Keep trash bench lid closed especially overnight • All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. • Grocery bags are not allowed • Loose trash will not be picked up. • No liquids are allowed. • Boxes need to be folded flat DELIVERIES You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the home. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate. If you would like to check-in early or have a late checkout, please let us know two days in advance, and will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability). PRIVATE POOL The pool may be heated for a small fee of $70 (for up to five nights), and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29,95. Please contact us prior to your check in date to confirm grill availability at your home.
