50 Planters Wood is a stunning home, close to Harbour Town and Lawton Stables!
Open, inviting, relaxing are just some of the words to describe this stunning home. Situated close to Harbour Town, the home boasts an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room, three (3) bedrooms, four (4 bathrooms) a spacious screened in porch and private pool/hot tub.
A beautiful glass paneled front door leads directly into the open kitchen/living room/dining room area. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, butler’s pantry, a gas range and seating for 4 at the bar. The dining room table seats 10 and transitions seamlessly into the formal living room. This space is great for making memories with family and friends.
From the living room, make your way out to the screened in porch with gas grill, and outdoor dining space and a comfortable conversation area. Take the gathering further outside, with direct access to the back yard complete with a private pool* and hot tub*.
Back inside, all of the bedrooms can be found on the main level. The guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are located off to one side of the living area. These bedrooms are connected with a Jack & Jill bathroom with walk-in shower. On the other side of the house is the master bedroom and den. That master bedroom has a king size bed and 70” Smart TV. The bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in closet, stand alone tub and walk-in shower. Just down from the master is a the den with a sleeper sofa and 55” Smart TV and a hallway bath with tub/shower combo.
Over the garage is a great place to relax with kids. Complete with a 70” Smart TV, a ping pong table and books and puzzles, and full bathroom with walk-in shower, this space is sure to keep the kids occupied!

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
