1401 is a beautiful, coastal decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in Sea Pines, located in the South Beach Marina Village area. The main floor has white tiled flooring. The hall bathroom, to the left of the entrance, has a single vanity with granite top and a nice walk-in shower. One of the guest rooms is right next door with a queen bed and 32” TV.
To the right of the entrance is your main living area. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with dark granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and wine fridge. There are four bar stools at the countertop so guests can sit and watch the chef prepare their favorite meal. The dining room has a wood table that seats six and opens up to the Carolina room where there is a sofa and two chairs plus a table with games inside. Plenty of space to relax after shopping and visiting the local restaurants. The living room has a tan queen sleeper sofa, two blue accent chairs and a 55” mounted Samsung TV. You have access to the outdoor deck from this room. Outside you will find a beautifully landscaped yard with lush greens, pine trees and palm trees. A small round table that seats four and two extra chairs plus a Char-Broil gas grill is available for your outdoor dining.
The second floor is all carpeted and where you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a single vanity with granite top and a walk-in shower. The bedroom to the right of the stairs has a king bed and 32” TV. To the left of the stairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a 32” TV. The final bedroom has a king sleigh bed and 48” TV. This room has a private bathroom with double vanity, large walk-in closet and a tub/shower combination. There is also access to an outdoor deck where there is a small table and two chairs.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
