5408 Hampton Place is a lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa on the fourth floor. This villa is tastefully decorated with beach décor, painted in a light gray, and has beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main living area.
The open floor plan is spacious, bright, and offers views of the pool area and out to the ocean. The first room is the dining area where there is a black table for six and a wet bar with mini fridge. There is additional seating for five at the breakfast counter in the adjacent fully equipped kitchen. The counter has white tiles and there are stainless steel appliances. Moving into the living room you will find a gray sectional, two blue striped rocker chairs, a large TV, and a desk behind the couch. The slider opens to a covered balcony where there are two blue Adirondack chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while looking out at the ocean.
Off the kitchen is the first bedroom. This room is carpeted, has light blue walls, a king bed, and a TV in the armoire. This bedroom also has access to the balcony shared with the living room. There is a private bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Off the living room is the second bedroom, carpeted, has light blue walls, a king bed, and a TV. The slider opens to a private balcony with two blue Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the ocean views! The private bathroom has two separate vanities and a tub/shower combo.
Down the hall, off the foyer, is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. In the hall is a bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the last bedroom, which is carpeted, has sky blue walls, two twin beds, and a TV.
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
