This villa is tastefully decorated, has light wood panel floors and white walls with blue curtains. The open floor plan is spacious, bright, and offers you all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including a flat top stove. In the adjacent dining room, there is a glass topped table for four. The comfortable living room has a cream-colored queen sleeper sofa with two matching rocking chairs. There is a 65” TV mounted over the blue entertainment center. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony with four high-top chairs. Here you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the views of the beautiful, landscaped gardens, pool and out to the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a mounted 43” TV. There is access to the balcony from this room and you have the same beautiful views as the main living area. The en-suite bathroom has double granite topped vanities and a walk-in tiled shower. Back by the main entrance, to your left, is the stacked washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is a bathroom with a single granite vanity and walk-in shower. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking.
