As with all our apartments, this comes fully equipped from top to bottom; ready for you to start "living" from the moment you set foot inside.

On the 4th floor and accessible via elevator, this truly spacious apartment offers a large living room with dining area, a separate, bright kitchen with skylight, a master bedroom with king size bed and a family bathroom.
The living room area houses a corner sofa, marble coffee table, dining table and 4k HDTV complete with Netflix, Prime and other essential streaming services.
Additional features include skylights in the kitchen and living room for better natural light, and plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
