On the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment is composed of:
- A modern and spacious living room welcomes guests, with an open-plan kitchen elegantly divided by an archway. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed if needed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a charming coffee table. In the kitchen area, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including utensils, MOKA pot, toaster, microwave, kettle, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and oven. Additionally, there is a dining table for meals or breakfast.
- The first double bedroom welcomes guests with an enchanting arch, a bright glass brick wall, and a comfortable double bed. The furnishings include a radiator, small bedside tables with lamps, and a spacious wardrobe.
- The second double bedroom features a wooden ceiling that adds warmth to the space, along with a large window that allows plenty of natural light. Completing the furnishings are bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a mirror, and a radiator.
- The cozy and bright third single bedroom offers a pleasant outdoor view from its window. It is equipped with a comfortable bedside table with a lamp, a large wardrobe with tempered glass, and a radiator.
- The first bathroom is a relaxation oasis with its stunning jacuzzi. You’ll also find a toilet, bidet, two sinks with a large mirror, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. An impressive masonry arch completes the atmosphere, housing an additional mirror inside.
- The second bathroom is complete with a toilet, shower, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to ensure comfort and convenience for guests.
Free Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner are included to guarantee a worry-free stay. The apartment is equipped with autonomous heating for maximum comfort in every season. Upon request, a cot can be added at a cost of 10 euros per day. The apartment does not have air conditioning or a washing machine.
