All are equipped with air conditioning, minibar and security lock. They are distributed as follows:

- 6 20m2 suites equipped with queen size bed, private bathroom, neighborhood view.
- 2 20m2 suites equipped with queen bed, private bathroom, interior view.
- 1 21m2 suite equipped with two single beds, private bathroom, interior view.
- 2 16m2 suites equipped with two queen beds, private bathroom, interior view.
The rental of the house includes daily cleaning and American breakfast for all guests.
It also has a privileged location within the historic center of Cartagena. A few steps walk from the Plaza de Bolívar and the Plaza Santo Domingo.

HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
