Residenza Balena is a modern apartment 50 meters from Piazza Erbe. Thanks to its strategic location you will not have to give up anything!
Down the stairs you will find yourself in the heart of the city with traditional, international and starred restaurants within walking distance, and close to the most famous architectural works of the city such as the renowned balcony of Juliet.
The relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of the Balena Residence, with its wooden beams and parquet has a very neat but warm and welcoming taste. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove and original Nespresso coffee machine.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment consisting of kitchen and living room, two double bedrooms and bathroom. Equipped with all comforts: bed linen, soft towels and products like shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer.
The apartment is located in a limited traffic area (ztl); there are limits to the transit of cars. If there are special needs, they should be reported in advance so as to find the right solution.
