All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with daylight and the rooms are equipped with A/C, TV and safety box. All rooms/houses in this villa have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that can be opened at any time. Modular beds can be transformed into king or twin beds, after your preference.
The enclosed living room with kitchen and dining area is located next to the infinity pool and the rice fields surrounding it. A beautiful wooden ceiling and the view of nature ensure a comfortable and good feeling for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to prepare your favorite drinks and meals, overlooking the common spaces of the villa. The living room is now equipped with an air-conditioning unit for added comfort during warm days.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
