This newly built property consists of 3 houses, nestled around a spacious pool and overlooking lush rice fields. The perfect place to enjoy your days in Ubud! All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with daylight and the rooms are equipped with A/C, TV and safety box. All rooms/houses in this villa have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that can be opened at any time. Modular beds can be transformed into king or twin beds, after your preference. The enclosed living room with kitchen and dining area is located next to the infinity pool and the rice fields surrounding it. A beautiful wooden ceiling and the view of nature ensure a comfortable and good feeling for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to prepare your favorite drinks and meals, overlooking the common spaces of the villa. The living room is now equipped with an air-conditioning unit for added comfort during warm days. A spacious dining table offers enough space for everyone to come together and enjoy a delicious meal or some board games. The indoor lounge area is perfect for rainy days, while two more outside areas offer extra space to relax. The outdoor seating area as well as the sunken lounge area in the pool are perfect to come together at any time of the day, have some drinks or just relax. This will be your favorite spot in no time! The sun loungers around the pool invite you to relax with a good book in the shade or have a tan in the sun before refreshing yourself in the beautiful infinity pool. Road Access: Many villas have narrow road access, often suitable for motorcycles only. We can assist with transportation arrangements if needed. The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don’t own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can’t do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life! Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site. If Nearby Construction Occurs: We value your peaceful stay. In the rare event of construction in our area, our team is ready to assist with any comfort concerns. While neighborhood activities are beyond our control, your relaxation remains our priority. Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 150.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Whether you choose to dine in or savor a chef’s touch, our team is here to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day? A: Absolutely! Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 5-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 12 guests, with the 11th and 12th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 340.000/night/person, applies.
