Now this is as cute as it comes. This is a full one bedroom with separate entrance and dedicated driveway parking space. Brand new neighborhood. 2021 build. North Surprise location. Full access to brand new sparkling backyard pool. You can easily winter here. Owners of the main home are only occasionally at home, so most of the time the pool will be all yours. Enter through your private gated entrance to a beautiful frosted glass front door. This one bedroom has a large kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a meal. Convection oven, induction cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and more. The open concept with the living area and dining area off the kitchen is cozy and has a great TV for you to relax with a Netflix more or access to any apps you have to stream. There is a full sized laundry center and storage in this one bedroom guest suite also so you are self contained. The bedroom and bath are down the hall. The bath features a very large walk in shower in addition to a large vanity. The Master bedroom has a queen bed a super sized closet and smartv. Outside you will find a private sitting area, but also follow the path to the private backyard with a brand new pool. Soak in the Arizona sun with a north facing backyard, loungers, a sitting area, dining area and mountain views. (This pool is not heated). There is a shared gas grill too to prepare a fun BBQ.
