La Torna Casasol is newly refurbished and furnished for maximum comfort and it is one of 30 apartments in the pleasant small typical Spanish community. Most people live here all year round, and some apartments are also rented out.
The fully air-conditioned apartment is on the third floor which is accessed via comfortable stairs. NOTE! No elevator. On the entrance side, next to the front door, there is a small café table and chairs for breakfast in the morning sun. Here you see a glimpse of the mighty mountains that surround Nerja. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Luz / Endesa: 0.5 EUR per kW. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 04-30, from 10-01 to 12-31.
