Located in a part of the island that faces the often vigorous north wind (Meltemi), this house offers a spectacular view of Mandrakia, one of the Cyclades' most charming fishing villages. It has a warm, home-like atmosphere for its guests. For more sheltered beach options during strong north winds, we recommend the southern beaches of the island, such as Provatas, Firiplaka, and Ag. Kiriaki, and Paleochori. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people in the double beds and can accommodate comfortably 7 more adults or children on a bunk sofa bed and sofa bed ideal for larger groups, an identical, fully equipped adjacent to this one is also available for booking.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
