Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, you will enjoy 6 miles wide of beaches, surfing, kayaking, boating, and endless sunset views. Beautiful Morris Island is a great spot to take in the sea life and panoramic views. Take a stroll down Center Street in Downtown Folly, which boasts tons of eclectic bars and restaurants that are fun for the whole family.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,A $250 fine will be applied if any of the below rules are broken.
- • No tape, adhesives or anything that will cause damage can be used or placed on the walls
- • No exterior decorations can be used
- • No glitter can be used
- • Pets are NOT allowed
- • This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental.
- • Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
- • Guests are also responsible for following the City of Folly's Ordinance rules.
- This is not a party house. Neighbors must be respected 24/7. Thank you!
