Welcome to Mermaid’s Treasure! A fabulous North-end beach vacation home with a
private swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of space for entertaining friends
and family. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath getaway is just a quick walk away from
pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches and is close to the famous Pine Ave, offering
unique restaurants and shopping experiences.
As you walk in, you’ll notice the lovely beach vibe with a casual living area
with comfy seating and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for
preparing meals and snacks for hungry beachgoers. Enjoy meals on the go at the
kitchen island, or gather at the indoor distressed wood table or how about an
island cookout using the provided grill on the pool deck.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
