This 2 bedroom and 2 bath getaway is just a quick walk away from pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches and is close to the famous Pine Ave, offering unique restaurants and shopping experiences. As you walk in, you’ll notice the lovely beach vibe with a casual living area with comfy seating and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks for hungry beachgoers. Enjoy meals on the go at the kitchen island, or gather at the indoor distressed wood table or how about an island cookout using the provided grill on the pool deck. Relax and fall asleep easily to the sound of rustling palms in the primary bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has bright décor and generous storage space. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower. Exterior: Kick back and relax after a hard day at the beach in your private pool (24x12") and hot tub surrounded by tropical landscaping. There is plenty of seating for working on your Florida tan. Enjoy your morning coffee, or evening meals outdoors, with the gas grill and dining area. Set out for adventure and hop on the free island trolley to explore Anna Maria Island’s seven miles of beach living and stop at Pine Avenue for unique boutiques and local restaurants. Expand your experience with golf, water sports, fishing charters, manatee and dolphin tours, and sunset cruises from local vendors. Anna Maria Island has something to offer everyone in your group. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities. There are parking spaces for two cars at Mermaid’s Treasure. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
