second-floor condo, ideally located mere blocks from downtown. Spend your days
golfing, shopping, dining, and taking in a few Cactus League games, and your
afternoons enjoying lovely amenities right outside your door.
This complex sits just over a mile south of Old Town Scottsdale, giving you
fantastic access to renowned restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. You’ll
be close to the Continental Golf Club and the Coronado Golf Course (both are
three-quarters of a mile), Scottsdale Stadium (one mile), and upscale shopping
and dining at Fashion Square (three miles). Back at home, there’s an outdoor
heated pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, a gym, grilling areas, and laundry
facilities on the grounds.
The condo’s interior is bright, open, and modern, with desert sunshine
streaming in through the large balcony doors. This covered outdoor space is
wonderful for morning coffee, alfresco breakfasts, and cold drinks and card
games after a day out and about.
Enjoy an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining
