Do you want to spend your family vacation on a tropical island surrounded by greenery? Do you want to stay in separate houses where there are no neighbors behind the wall, where there is a kitchen, spacious bedrooms (king bed each bedroom) and a cozy courtyard with a garden and a swimming pool near the house? Our house will suit you perfectly. There are 115 m2, a kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet with sink and laundry room on the first floor and two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the second.
This house is designed for a small family or a group of friends of 4 people. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- In front of the house there is a swimming pool and a small, cozy garden. This area is shared, but it is intended only for guests of neighboring houses. In front of the house there are sun loungers and garden furniture: chairs and a table. Here you can have breakfast in the fresh air, sunbathe and swim during the day, or watch the stars at night with a glass of noble drink in your hands.
- On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet with a sink, a small corner for reading or playing with small children and access to a mini back yard where a washing machine is installed.
- On the sofa in the living room you can enjoy both a view of the garden and watching movies and TV series on a large-screen Smart TV. The TV is connected to the Internet and supports all major applications like Netflix and Youtube.
- The kitchen is very well equipped. With a large kitchen island, even several people can prepare food at the same time. The refrigerator is large enough to accommodate several days' worth of food and drinks. Delicious and aromatic coffee can be prepared in just 30 seconds using a capsule coffee maker. The kitchen is also equipped with a blender, toaster, all necessary utensils and cutlery.
- Behind the dining area there is an exit to a mini-yard where a washing machine is installed. The noise from it will not disturb anyone from relaxing inside the house.
- A big advantage of the first floor is the presence of a toilet with a sink.
- On the second floor there are two bedrooms. They are both spacious, with large double beds, wardrobes, vanities, air conditioning and private bathrooms. There are also very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Moreover, there are several types of pillows so that each guest can choose the best option for themselves. Premium quality bed linen is used, which is very pleasant to the touch. And the mattresses are so soft and comfortable that we call them “Sleeping in the Clouds.” We know how important a quality night's rest is during your vacation.
