Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa! This includes their ensuite private bedrooms and attached balconies; the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas; and the villa’s private deck which leads to the swimming pool. This also includes the shared spaces in the complex, like the swimming pool, green breakout zones and secure parking. Other things to note Please treat our home with the same love and respect you would treat your own. Please be mindful when using water and electricity. Climate change is real. Kindly observe all the rules of the complex and keep noise levels under control as a courtesy to guests and residents in other villas. Swimming Pool is only functional between 8AM and 8PM. You need to be in proper swimming attire to get in the pool. A refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000 will be taken at the time of check-in. Please provide Photo IDs of all guests at the time of check-in. There are enough open spaces in and around the villas, please make sure that you dont smoke inside the villa. No loud music/noise after 10PM. This is to ensure the sanctity of other guests in the villas around. No outsiders allowed. Only guests who have submitted their IDs will be allowed inside the villa.
