Your family will love staying in our cozy & stylish house in Oakley, so close to restaurants and Hyde Park Gather around the patio in the morning with your coffee or eat outside in the evening as the sun goes down. Primary bedroom has King bed with an attached bathroom 2 car garage & plenty of driveway parking 11 min to downtown, Great American Ballpark, Paycor Stadium 12 min to UC Children’s Hospital, UC Medical Center Fast, 500Mbps WiFi throughout the house Our house is so comfortable & cozy though it is on a medium size street. You may hear some street noise. As always, we never compromise on comfort and bedding. This house is outfitted with furniture from Article and Pottery Barn, and 100% soft, sateen cotton sheets and bedding from Brooklinen. Mattresses from Nectar and Helix. House Layout: Bedroom 1: King Bed w/attached bathroom & TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed When you enter, you see the cozy living room and a stylish dining room with seating for 8 and open concept kitchen. There is a half bath in the hallway. On the 2nd level the primary bedroom has 1 King bed and connected full bathroom (which is super rare in the area!). There’s a 43" Smart TV in the King bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are Queen beds. All the beds are memory memory foam mattress with 100% cotton sheets from Brooklinen or Parachute Additional 1 bedroom (Queen) and office upstairs on the 3rd floor. There is an additional mini split temperature control for the 3rd floor. We have LG washer and dryers in the laundry room in the basement with Tide laundry detergent for your stay.
