The NewMad apartments are located in a luxurious residential complex that is part of the urban development boom transforming Méndez Álvaro into one of the most modern and vibrant areas for residents and major corporate headquarters.
Characterised by its elegant structure of clean lines and glass facades, the complex is the perfect option for those seeking luxury, comfort, and exclusivity in one place.
Its strategic location south of the city centre and close to Atocha Station and the Méndez Álvaro interchange, allow for an efficient and quick connection with the rest of the city. Likewise, it is situated very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Madrid Planetarium and El Retiro Park.

Ideal for those seeking comfort and sophistication, this spectacular and bright two-bedroom apartment offers a perfect combination of avant-garde style and contemporary elegance.
Especially designed to optimise space and offer an elegant and comfortable environment, the floor combines in a cosy space the dining area, a spacious American-style kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art utensils and appliances, and the striking living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV.
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and built-in wardrobes. For the greater comfort of our guests, the apartment has a second complete bathroom with bathtub.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out from 9:00 pm onwards have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Property Manager is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
