ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This 2-story home requires steps for entry. Additional stairs are required to reach the 2nd-floor bedroom and patio- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months to access the town. Once once in the Tahoe Basin, roads are clear. 4WD or 2WD with chains are both sufficient for the drive into Tahoe. Guests should be prepared for driving in snow/inclement weather- This 3-bedroom property has a strict maximum occupancy of 6. Due to El Dorado County regulations, the number of overnight occupants is limited to two people per bedroom- The property has ceiling fans but does not offer A/C- Please be aware that there is limited cell service in the valley, please ensure to make all arrangements and requests before arriving at the property. Some carries are fine like Verizon & AT&T, it's only certain carries that may have limited cell service- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front door facing the entryway and camera 2 is in the driveway facing the driveway, street, and neighbor’s homes. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE RESTRICTIONS- Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000- To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 PM- Please note: you must only park in designated spaces (paved driveway, carport or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street- Camping on the property is not allowed- No open flame regulation including firepits and charcoal grills
