The villa is located in the middle of a big farm, along with a large / fully equipped shared swimming pool of 60sqm and a tennis court, in a very quiet area. A large covered BBQ area of 32 sq.m. can be used, with a separate grill and also a external oven. Next to the BBQ area and under the deep shade of the trees, a 2nd dining table can be added for up to 12 people and with beautiful lighting in the evenings. The villa offers seclusion as there are no passing cars nor residents and the nearest habitable house is at a distance of 80 m.. The guest guide contains 28 sections of information, which also help the guests not to waste time in collecting information, but instead having accurate knowledge about the regions of Aegialia and Kalavryta to choose in time how to fill their precious vacation time with excellent impressions.
