Villa Elios romantic, self catering stone villa was completed in July 2007, in one of the most beautiful localities of southern Lefkas very close to two of the most famous beaches in Greece, Egkremni and Porto Katsiki. Elios villa, situated on a low hill, is the sole privately owned property in a verdant municipal area extending to three kilometres. The residence has been built among the oaks, and the olive trees, 40- 150m apart from three other villas to maintain its privacy. The stone residence, of 230sq m, has the capacity to sleep eight individuals. It is in complete harmony with the landscape and is adapted to the traditional architecture. The villa has been built with local stone and natural materials, and roofed with old Byzantine tiles. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
