Luxury House located in Downtown Reykjavik, on the popular Laugavegur Shopping Street. Walking distance from Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre and Sun Voyager sculpture. This accommodation includes five apartments, two studios for 2 guests, two 1 bedroom apartments for 3 guests and one larger 1 bedroom apartment for 4 guests, in total for 7 guests. The apartments are all located within the same house, in 2 different stairways (2 entrances). The house can accommodate 14 guests in 5 apartments, including: 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 kitchens. Furnished Balcony available with a lovely view. 2 of the apartments are studios, while the other 3 include separate bedrooms. Comfortable beds, premium furnishing, dishwashers, laundry facilities, flat screen TVs and free high speed Wi-Fi. The bathrooms include showers, free toiletries and a hairdryers. The kitchen facilities include a Sjöstrand coffee machine, toaster, stove, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a meal. Some of the apartments include an oven, while other include a microwave and stove top. This is a self check-in property. Access codes will be sent in a email before arrival. The guests have access to the whole apartment and all of the apartments in the stairway (3 apartments) are included in this rent. There is very good bus access in this area. The public bus stops at Bíó Paradís, which is in 2 min. walking distance and the Airport Transfer has a drop-off location 7 min. away (Bus stop 9 - Snorrabraut). There is no free street parking by the property, as this is on the main shopping street but there is good paid parking spots nearby that are free overnight. Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, which may be challenging for guests who have difficulty with stairs or are traveling with heavy luggage.
