Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Make yourselves at home and treat as you would your own.
- - Please leave shoes in the hallway
- - Please keep noise to a minimum
- - Smoking is not permitted inside or outside on the patio
- - For your health and safety this is a Meth Managed property
- - Check in is between 2pm – 10pm. If you require a check in after 10pm there will be a surcharge of $100
- - If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- - If you lose the key / key fob a replacement fee will be charged.
- - For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
