Our cozy condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests, is perfect for the entire family. Live like a local when you grab food from Pike Place Market, enjoy a stroll in the Sculpture Park or easily hop on the ferry for stunning sightseeing. When you book this condo, take advantage of this incredible location and explore all that Seattle has to offer with ease. Sports fans this one is for you, located near football and baseball stadiums.
Relax and recharge after a day of fun in the Living Room with Smart TV. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, and features a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (dual shower). The Guest Bedroom, equipped with a Queen bed as well, is accessible off the Living Room which is equipped with a fold out couch (Full size). The Guest Bathroom has only a shower.
Utilize the fireplace in the dining area for ambiance while you enjoy a meal and discuss Seattle favorites from the day. Enjoy views of the Puget Sound while drinking a morning cup of coffee on the private balcony located off the dining area.

Your apartment is part of an HOA community and guests will have access to community amenities such as hot tub, gym, rooftop, BBQ area. Please note that we can’t guarantee building amenities availability and operation during your stay.
PARKING:
*Two (2) assigned parking spaces (tandem) in the garage available for guest use. Garage clicker is required for entry.
*Street parking is available, metered parking with Mobil App usage. Please read street signs for parking regulations and restrictions to avoid ticketing.

1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)
2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)
***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.
Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
You will be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we will send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Skyscrapers overlook Elliott Bay in Seattle’s compact Downtown. Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre.
Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.
-It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.
-Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the patio.
-While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Property Manager. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems.
-There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.
