Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Feel at home and take care of our place as if it were your own.
- 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
- 2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment.
- 3. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage, if any.
- 4. Persons not mentioned in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
- 5. Parties, special events, anniversaries or birthday parties are strictly prohibited unless previously agreed upon with the Host.
- 6. Before leaving the house, make sure all windows are closed.
- 7. This apartment is for non-smoking guests only. If you violate this rule, you will be charged a one-time penalty fee.
- 8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per hour.
- 9. Parking, subject to availability, is charged an additional EUR 15/day, unless otherwise stated in the description or other arrangements have been made with the Host in this regard.
