Welcome to The Hideaway. A premier Sedona Vacation Home located on the edge of the Coconino National Forest. Walk out the backdoor to a network of some of Sedonas best hiking & biking trails. Incredible views of Sedona’s red rocks can be seen almost anywhere in the home. When you’re not out enjoying nature you can take a dip in the private pool with the kids, relax in the hot tub with a glass of red wine, or enjoy some conversation on the upper deck surrounded by some of the best views you’ve ever seen.
This home is suited to fit the needs of any traveler. Inside you’ll find 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have King beds and the other is a queen bed. Additionally, three of the bedroom have quality twin size sofa beds in case extra space is needed. The home has 2 living room spaces - one on the lower level with direct backyard access, and one upstairs with upper deck access as well as a foosball table and a shuffleboard table....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
