This home will have you making plans to come back again before you’ve even left. Pool Heating* There is an additional fee of $125 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date. If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates. Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in.
