The reception room/dining & kitchen are separated by a large stone-fronted chimney breast housing a wood-burning stove making the cottage warm and cosy to enjoy after a fun-filled day touring all Connemara has to offer. The reception area houses 2 comfy 3 x 2 seater sofas and a coffee table on wooden flooring. Opening to a bright dining area with table seating up to 6 guests, sliding doors leading to the communal gardens with fabulous countryside & lake views. The kitchen is fully equipped offering all mod cons, electric oven & hob, toaster, and coffee machine. The washing machine is housed in the shed beside the cottage. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom offers a double bed with a wooden headboard, 2 windows overlooking the communal area and carpet flooring. Ensuite bathroom comprising of a bath with shower overhead, WC & sink unit. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom offering 2 single trundle beds (pull-out single mattress underneath i.e 4 single beds – ideal for children). Window to the front of the cottage. Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with carpet flooring & window to the front of the cottage. Main bathroom: Three-piece suite comprising of bath with shower overhead, WC & sink unit. Ample parking.
