This beautiful holiday villa with a private pool and multisport court (tennis, basketball, football) is situated on a gated estate of 1.2 hectares in the countryside, at the foot of the Luberon, between Ménerbes and the famous village of Lacoste. Tastefully restored, this Provençal farmhouse offers all the comforts you need during your stay. The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people.
The comfortable interior, spread over three floors and equipped with modern facilities, strikes a good balance between the traditional stone architecture typical of the region and spacious, open living spaces that are comfortable and bright.
This holiday villa has a living area of approximately 280 m².
The bedroom layout is as follows:
On the ground floor is Bedroom 1: air-conditioned, 180 cm bed with ensuite bathroom (bath/shower, sink), and a separate toilet.
On the first floor: Bedroom 2: 180 cm bed or 2 x 90 cm beds, shower room (shower, sink), and separate WC; Bedroom 3: 180 cm bed.
On the garden level is Bedroom 4: 180 cm bed with an adjoining shower room (shower, sink) and a separate WC.
Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are equipped with air conditioning.
This villa features a summer kitchen and a shaded terrace, creating the perfect space for leisurely meals with a view over the countryside. To complete the vacation experience, there is a splendid 14m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by a large flat lawn, as well as a multisport court with tennis, basketball, and football facilities.
Around the pool, there are 8 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas for relaxation. Upon request and at an additional cost, the pool can be heated. This stunning villa provides a sense of freedom and space, offering panoramic views over the countryside.
