Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning: Bedroom 1 (master bedroom with high ceiling): double bed (180cm), dressing room, and bathroom (bathtub, shower, 2 sinks) with a separate toilet. Bedroom 2: double bed (160cm) and ensuite bathroom (shower, 2 sinks, and WC). Bedroom 3: double bed (160cm), bathroom (2 sinks, bathtub), and a separate toilet. Bedroom 4: double bed (160cm) and ensuite bathroom (shower, sink, and WC). Bedroom 5: double bed (180cm) and a bathroom (shower, 2 sinks) with a separate toilet. The villa is peacefully situated on a 2.5-hectare estate, and the bastide features a stunning courtyard with a heated pool (10.5m x 4m), secured by an electric shutter. Adjacent to the pool, there is a spacious covered terrace with a summer lounge, dining area, and gas barbecue, providing an ideal space for relaxation. This haven of tranquility offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the vineyards, the valley, and Bonnieux, the hilltop village in the golden triangle of the Luberon. A petanque court with jeu de boules and a table tennis table are also available for leisure and recreation. Baby cot and high chair available upon request. Board games provided.
