This condominium can be rented on its own, and has the possibility to be rented with neighboring unit 10. There are 2 condominiums located directly next to each other with inside locking doors adjoining the two units. The connecting doors can be unlocked if rented together and you can walk freely through to the other condominium without having to go outside. Separately the condo is perfect for a couple to stay, or with small children to a maximum capacity of 4 persons. With the King bed and the Queen sofa sleeper both units could accommodate a young family of 4.<br>Or renting both units together can be a great option for two couples or a larger family travelling together.<br>The units and property are smoke-free. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
