Villa Symbiose is a totally independent luxury villa, part of a complex of 8 villas, situated on the beautiful north-west coast of the island of Crete, in the village of Agios Georgios, about 2 km from the port of Kissamos and 45 km from the capital of the prefecture the historic city of Chania. With its elevated position overlooking the traditional Cretan village of Agios Georgios, villa Symphony enjoys unparalleled sea views. The spacious, natural stone terrace which dominates the front of the property, has a private infinity pool with full width Roman steps from where you can admire the Gramvousa and Spatha peninsulas.
The villa covers 100 m2 in two distinct floors with separate entrances to each one. The wall to wall glazing throughout the property allows sunlight to flood into the living area inviting you to take advantage of the panoramic views from any room.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
