THE VIEW F306 is a lovely penthouse two-level high rise condo that faces south and has two balconies where you can get a bit of everything that North Coast Village has on offer. The first level balcony has wonderful views of the pool and tropical grounds of the complex with ocean views. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create ambiance there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment This condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite including a large walk-in closet, and the other downstairs in the second bedroom.
