This spacious apartment, set in a quiet Alpine villa, proves to be an ideal refuge for nature and cross-country skiing lovers, with direct access to the slopes. Equipped with an enchanting garden, the apartment invites you to relax even in the winter months, thanks to a welcoming glass patio where you can enjoy a tea or an aperitif surrounded by snow, but in the heat. The veranda offers patio furniture, ski racks, and firewood to complete the mountain atmosphere.
The interior is made up of three bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with a seasonal view of green or white, one with a bunk bed with handcrafted furniture and one with a pull-out bed, all designed to guarantee maximum comfort. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- You can book a parking space at a cost of CHF 15 depending on availability, we cannot guarantee availability.
- Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the house.
- If you decide to bring a pet, you must declare it. A daily fee of CHF 20 applies for each pet.
- It is forbidden to bring people into the house without reporting them. It is forbidden not to respect the silence times.
- It is forbidden to enter the house without having provided the identity documents for the announcement on the tourist site
