Beautiful waterfront with private boat dock located on saltwater canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico; there is docking space for a boat up to 24’ or jet skis, however the boat lifts are not available to guests. The owner has provided three kayaks for your complimentary use (stored in the garage.)
This property has a Ring doorbell and 3 security cameras the owner uses for security monitoring. They monitor the driveway, inside the garage and pool.
There is room for 1 car in the garage with additional parking in the driveway. The owner’s car is parked in a space beside the driveway.

You’ll be a short drive by car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A fisherman’s paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. Take the time to discover the newly revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers. The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.
Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.
Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
