Seashell is an apartment in Machico on the ground floor of a small urban building completely renovated and prepared for tourist accommodation, which is ideal for two people.
The accommodation measures approximately 45 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1,6x2,0 m), a bathroom, a living room with kitchen and dining area.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is in Machico city centre just 250 m from the ocean and from the sand beach and is located about 4 km from the airport.
Within walking distance there are shops, supermarkets and attraction centres.
The property does not have on-site parking, but there is a private parking space for this apartment 300 m away. There are also other free and paid parking spaces nearby (50-500 m).
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, has a bus station nearby and has easy access to the main roads.
REMARKS
There are cafes in the square and a street that passes close to the building with the potential for noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island’s climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
