Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement. - This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS - This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.
