Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:
- Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
- Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
- Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
- Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
- Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
- Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
