This well-appointed property in a less-visited part of north-eastern
Tuscany is on a working farm, which produces grains, honey and jams –
perfect for relaxed holiday breakfasts. The lushly forested grounds
offer stunning views in all directions making Sant’ Angelo a truly
relaxing rural retreat. Cleverly divided into two self-contained
apartments, each with three bedrooms, rustic Tuscan features such as
terracotta tiles and beamed ceilings have been retained. Sleeping up
to 13 in six bedrooms and with eight bathrooms, there’s also a separate
annexe with a kitchen. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor dining
spaces for guests to enjoy sociable meals together, including the fully
furnished loggia with brick-built barbecue nearby.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
