The medieval village of Volpaia, with its welcoming restaurants such as Bar Ucci and La Bottega, is just a five-minute drive away. Radda in Chianti, about five kilometres away, offers shops, lovely restaurants, and a small supermarket. The organic winery L’Erta di Radda is located right next to the house and is one of many in the area. Siena, Florence, Arezzo, and San Gimignano are also easy to reach for day trips. The single-storey house combines traditional Tuscan architecture with a bright, inviting atmosphere. Wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors give the rooms their authentic character.
