A five-minute walk from the house takes you to the popular restaurant and bar Chiosco ai Renai. The historic town of Castelfiorentino, just 4 km away, offers all amenities. Positioned on the border between the Pisan, Florentine and Sienese lands, the town has always had political, military and cultural importance, leaving it with a rich architectural and artistic heritage. Antica Sosta also enjoys an ideal position for day trips to Pisa, Volterra, Florence, San Gimignano and Siena, all within an hour’s drive. The house is painted in a warm shade of yellow and surrounded by well-kept lawns and flower beds. A shaded terrace with dining table and chairs invites you to enjoy meals al fresco. Children will love the small playground with trampoline, while a pizza oven, barbecue and the beautiful pool area add to the pleasures of outdoor living. This two-storey home has been lovingly restored. On the first floor you will find terracotta floors and traditional beamed ceilings.
