Salty Villa on the Greek island Paros is located on a serene water front property between Agia Irini and Pounda facing west with an awesome view of Antiparos, Sifnos and the sunset. This luxury villa of 200 sqm is on two levels. The ground floor boasts an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a comfortable living room and two open air dining areas on the spacious verandas . On the same level there is also an office, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. The top level consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large private veranda, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom with separate bathroom. All bedrooms have beautiful sea-view balconies making the most of the spectacular vistas to the Aegean sea sunset and sailboats passing through the Paros-Antiparos channel. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
