With a generous space of 140 m², the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, featuring two luxuriously decorated suites with beautiful views.
The first suite offers a king size bed, while the second has a queen size bed, both promising peaceful nights of sleep after days exploring the city.
The location of the apartment is incomparable, located in the heart of Paris, in one of its most elegant neighborhoods.
Chaillot is known for its sophisticated atmosphere, abundance of museums, art galleries, and of course, proximity to some of the city’s most important tourist attractions, including the River Seine itself

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- - Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- - Parties are strictly prohibited.
- - Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- - Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- - Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- - Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
