Big shade trees, beautiful gardens and plenty of sun too! Features an open floor plan with a large master bedroom with office space and a huge walk-in closet, as well as vaulted ceilings. In the front area of the home, guests will find the front foyer, den and dining area. The second bedroom is located around the corner from the dining area. The bedroom has a Queen bed & has large closet. Between the two bedrooms is the laundry area with a new washer and a dryer. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and is equipped with everything one would need for making a home cooked meal. The dining room includes a large table perfect for family and friend dinners. Last but not least, the family room is spacious and includes a pull out couch, while we supply plenty of comfy pillows and blankets. Guests have access to the entire property! Walk to Sloan’s Lake and the Highlands. 3 miles to downtown Denver & Tennyson St shops are close by too. The area is full of restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops, & boutique shopping. Minutes to grocery, library, and public transportation. For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber.
