Welcome to this single family pool home in the lovely gated community of the Preserve at Corkscrew. This is a split floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms along with a open concept, tall ceilings and a lovely heated pool and spa. The Preserve at Corkscrew is located in Estero, Florida right off of Corkscrew Road, after 3 miles east of the I-75 Interchange. There are numerous amenities in this gated community including a resort style community pool and spa that a large pool deck over looking a beautiful lake. Additionally there is a children’s playground and multiple tennis and pickleball courts and an exercise room that guests can use throughout their stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
